TEAM

Sue Vitro is a lifelong horsewoman, a passion which began showing horses as a youngster. A graduate of Bennett College in 1977 with a major in horsemanship, Sue pursued a career with Thoroughbreds. Her first Management job came in 1981 with Windswept Farm in NY, a commercial breeding farm which sold quality yearlings at Keeneland. From there, she moved  in 1983 to Tanrackin Farm in Bedford NY. One of the largest and oldest established farms in New York,  Sue remained as manager of Tanrackin until  the farm closed in 2004. At its peak, Tanrackin had 120 horses on the farm which provided Sue with an immeasurable amount experience. As the farm was winding down, she started her own successful lay-up and broodmare boarding operation with her husband Gary which was known as Better Days Farm. In January 2005 Sue, along with many of her clients, relocated from Dutchess County to Stone Bridge Farm where she is the general manager.

Iris Egan is a lifelong racing fan and native New Yorker, her enthusiasm is contagious and a day at the races with Iris will dispel the myth that racing is no longer a spectator sport.

Tom Voss - Based at his expansive Atlanta Hall Farm in Monkton Maryland, Tom is best known as a turf and steeplechase expert. We love the fact that the horses that train off the farm get to enjoy turn out and farm living while training at the highest level. Tom brings his string to Saratoga for the meet and we enjoy spending time at the barn and watching the horses train in the morning.

George Weaver - George is based in Saratoga from April to October, winters in Florida and squeezes Keeneland in between seasons. George and his wife Cindy run a first class racing stable , they treat all their clients and horses with respect.

Mike Ferraro - One of the best trainers by percentage of wins annually, we are lucky that Mike chooses to call Finger Lakes home. He offers our horses the perfect balance of competitiveness and care.
